"Serious Moonlight" is a dark comedy starring Meg Ryan, Academy Award winner Timothy Hutton, Kristen Bell, and Justin Long. When a high-powered female attorney (Meg Ryan) discovers that her husband (Timothy Hutton) is about to leave her for another woman (Kristen Bell), she prevents him from doing so by binding him to the toilet with duct tape. Things get worse when a burglar breaks into their house and ties the wife up as well. "Serious Moonlight" was written by "Waitress" writer-director Adrienne Shelly and was directed by "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star Cheryl Hines. The film was very funny and made me laugh a lot. The chemistry between Meg Ryan and Timothy Hutton was great and was vital for this film. Kristen Bell was pretty good and Justin Long who played the burglar, was above average and probably had the funniest line in the movie. I was very impressed by the direction of Cheryl Hines. "Serious Moonlight" receives a good 3 1/2 wheelchairs out of 5. View Trailer Here
